Prince versions

Supported versions

We currently support Prince 16 and Prince 15.4.

New versions of Prince will be supported shortly after their release.

Choosing a Prince version

You can configure the default Prince version for each API key in the EuroPDF backend.

To override the version for a specific API request, use the pipeline parameter, e.g., pipeline="Prince15.4" or pipeline="Prince16".

Backward compatibility

To ensure stability, the Prince version used for your API requests will not change unless you update it explicitly.

When a new version of Prince becomes available, your requests will continue using the previously configured version. To switch to a newer version, update the version in your API key settings or specify it using the pipeline parameter in your request.
